The business environment is positive and the perception among prospects and customers is equally friendly. I have experienced many things, but I have rarely seen them so open, so multinational, so without prejudice. The management lives the values they communicate and are credible. This also applies to my colleagues. There is great cohesion, a really pleasant team spirit. Of course, it's not always easy, but if it were easy, it wouldn't be so exciting.
